1. Cancellation Without Charges:
a. Student can reschedule, cancel or get a refund, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
b. Student can change the meeting and finishing location at least 3 hours before the lesson.
c. Trainers can reschedule, cancel or give a refund due to:
- Accidents/Break Downs
- Major road congestions
- Extreme Weathers
2. Cancellation With Charges:
a. Cancellation of lesson(s) with less than 24 hours’ notice.
b. Trainers reserve the rights to cancel and charge full price for the lesson(s):
i) Student provided the wrong address(s). Student must not provide address(s) outside of the suburb options
ii) Unsuitable Attire
- For hygiene considerations, student should change clothing if they will be engaged in sports or other manual work activities before the lesson.
Unsuitable clothing for driving lessons includes, Wet fully drenched clothing, Dusty / dirty work clothing, Oily / sweaty clothing.
